Being Unattractive

Being ugly and average make you see the world in different perspectives. When there's no one idolizing your beauty and observing your complexion, you yourself can actually be the observer instead of being observed. Your mind will be opened wide to find that there are so many flaws and emotions around you. Stare at any corner, you'll find this one girl, smiling and laughing hysterically with her friends, desperately wanting to fit in, while maybe on the other hand, she's not that type of girl who laughs frequently, like her friends do. And at another corner of the school canteen, there is this bunch of mixed kids of girls and boys, having lunch break together and poking each other, trying to prove to the whole school that they're the coolest bunch ever. And when you sit at your desk in your class, try to take a wider view of your classmates. You'll find there is this one bich who is enjoying herself tearing other people's friendship and relationship. Suddenly you'll say to yourself, "oh, I didn't know the class is divided now".

And of course, as an observer, you can never escape from observing your crush. I always thought that you were a broken, insecure guy. But whenever you walk swiftly with your little sets of friends, I realize that maybe you're perfectly comfortable that way. No one to be taken care about, no wasted money to be spent on someone, no forbids from another female who is not your own mother and definitely a total freedom, that you can only experience whenever you're with your quite good looking friends.

Being unattractive is not so bad. It's like I have this extra sense of judging people and I definitely have better observing skills than others.
